That is, a heat equalizing plate 2 made of a metal plate is installed by extending it over a floor joist 1, and a pipe 3 for passing a heat medium is installed above the heat equalizing plate 2. A floor heating system can be formed by attaching floor panels. In order to route the pipe 3 over the required area of the indoor floor, the pipe 3 is meandered and is routed across each heat equalizing plate 2 installed between each joist 1. In order to arrange the pipe 3 in a meandering manner, conventionally, as shown in FIG.
is made to protrude from the end of the heat equalizing plate 2, and this bent part 4 is made to pass under the joist 1. However, if the long pipe 3 is passed under the joist 1 as described above, it will take a lot of effort to install it, and furthermore, when the pipe 3 is installed, the pipe 3 will not be close to the joist 1. There is a problem that there is a possibility of scratches due to rubbing. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper part of the joist 1 is cut out to form a notch 5, and the bent part 4 of the pipe 3 is passed through this notch 5.

However, the problem arises that the strength of the joist 1 is reduced by providing the notch 5 in the joist 1. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a floor heating device that does not have the risk of reducing the strength of the floor joists.

In a floor heating system in which a pipe 3 is connected between adjacent heat equalizing plates 2 via a joist 1 by projecting from the end of the pipe 3 and passing through a notch 5 formed in the upper part of the joist 1, The reinforcing plate 6 is formed into a F-shaped cross section that opens upward, and recessed portions 8, 8 are provided at the upper portions of both side pieces 7, 7 of the reinforcing plate 6, respectively. This is characterized in that a reinforcing plate 6 is fitted and attached to the joist 1 from below at the notch 5 in a state where the joists are aligned.

きるものである。The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The heat equalizing plate 2 is formed of a metal plate with high thermal conductivity, and as shown in FIG. 3, storage grooves 10 and 10 are provided in concavely bent ends on both sides thereof. This heat equalizing plate 2 is arranged along the joist 1 between the adjacent joists 1 and 1, and has a plate support 1 fixed to the side of each joist 1.
1. The side ends of the heat equalizing plates 2 are placed on the upper surface of the joists 11 and nailed to each joist 1 to attach them. In FIG. 3, 12 is a heat insulating material. The pipe 3 is formed of a highly thermally conductive metal pipe or the like, and is fitted into the storage groove 10 and attached on the heat equalizing plate 2. Then, in order to install the pipe 3 over the required area of the indoor floor, the pipe 3 is meandered and spanned across each of the joists 1, 1, .
When installing the pipe 3 over the pipe 3, a bent part 4 of the pipe 3 is made to protrude from the end of the heat equalizing plate 2, and the bent part 4 is passed through a notch 5 formed in the upper part of the joist 1. When the board support 11 is attached to the side surface of the joist 1, it is necessary to provide the board support 11 with a notch 13 of the same size as the notch 5. In order to reinforce the joist 1 at the portion where the notch 5 is formed in this manner, a reinforcing plate 6 as shown in FIG. 2 is used in the present invention. The reinforcing plate 6 is formed by bending a metal plate with good thermal conductivity, such as iron, into an upward U-shaped cross section.
The recessed portions 8, 8, which are approximately the same size as the notched portion 5, are formed as notches. In addition, through holes 14 are bored at both ends of each side piece 7. Therefore, at this notch 5, the joist 1
As shown in FIG. 1, insert the reinforcing plate 6 from the lower side of the reinforcing plate 6, aligning the notches 8 of the reinforcing plate 6 with the notches 5 of the joists 1 and the notches 13 of the board receiver 11, and then insert the through holes. The reinforcing plate 6 is fixed to the joist 1 by driving fixing tools 15 such as screws from 14 into the board receiver 11 and the joist 1. After reinforcing the notch 5 of the joist 1 by attaching the reinforcing plate 6 in this way, pipe the pipe 3 so that the bent part 4 of the pipe 3 passes through the notch 5 and the recess 8. After the pipes 3 are installed, a floor panel (not shown) is placed on the joists 1 on the top surface of the heat equalizing plate 2 to complete the floor heating system. In this case, since the bent part 4 of the pipe 3 is not passed under the joist 1, the bent part 4 is also placed close to the bottom surface of the floor panel, and the bending part 4 is placed close to the bottom surface of the floor panel. The floor panel can also be heated by heat radiation, and since the reinforcing plate 6 is made of a metal plate with good thermal conductivity, the heat from the bent portion 4 can be transferred well to the reinforcing plate. It is possible to radiate heat from 6.

Since the reinforcing plate is fitted into the joist from below at the notch, there is no need to pass the bent part of the pipe through the notch and under the joist. Of course, by attaching a reinforcing plate with a recessed part to the notched part of the joist, it is possible to reinforce the joist with the reinforcing plate and prevent the strength of the joist from decreasing due to the formation of the notched part. It is a boil.
