- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 識別用に着色される上側蓋体と、ボトル上
端部に単独接合するフランジ部が形成された下側
蓋体からなる合成樹脂製の一体成形体からなり、
上側蓋体と下側蓋体の両蓋体間にゴム栓が内設さ
れ、上側蓋体の上端開口縁部上に、当該ゴム栓の
下面に配される独立成形体の封口用フイルムが保
持されたことを特徴とする輸液用識別キヤツプ。 (2) 上側蓋体の上壁が、引きちぎり片を有し、
切取り部が形成された上蓋である請求項１記載の
