- 断面が楕円形状をしている楕円凹面反射鏡を有
し、楕円の一方の焦点にレーザーダイオード又は
レーザーダイオードからの光を導いた光フアイバ
ーの射出口を、他方の焦点にレーザー媒質の光入
射口を設けていることを特徴とする、レーザーダ
イオード励起固体レーザー。
