Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 少なくとも表皮又は表層材と熱可塑性硬質ウ
レタンフオームの芯材とから成り、車両用内装材
等に使用される多層構造体であつて、 芯材を加熱した状態において周縁の所望の個所
を圧縮成形して肉厚を薄くすると共に折曲部を形
成したことを特徴とする多層構造体。 ２ 前記折曲部の折り返しがＶ字形状で少なくと
も開角が９０°以下で、押し潰された折曲部の長
さが５mm以上３０mm以下の請求項１記載の多層構
造体。 ３ 前記折曲部を利用して芯材の回復力で車両天
井等の隙間に係止できるようにした請求項１記載
の多層構造体。
