    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発熱体として一定温度になると抵抗値が大とな
    り、電流を通さなくなるセラミツク半導体発熱体
    からなる水中ヒーターが使用され、給水制御装置
    として水位制御センサー及びオーバーフロー検知
    センサー並びにそれらのセンサーにより制御され
    る電磁弁を有することを特徴とする空調機用等蒸
    気加湿器。
