Claims (1)
- １つの圧電体と、１又は２以上の誘電体とがこ
れらを１組として少なくとも１組以上が積層され
た積層体の積層方向両端面及び各圧電体、誘電体
の境界面に電極が形成されると共に、該積層体全
体が収納ケースに収納されて両端面間が一定間隔
に拘束された構成であつて、前記誘電体がセラミ
ツクと樹脂との複合材料からなることを特徴とす
る可変容量素子。
