空成形体の表面に化粧シート材を貼着してなる化
粧成形体を凹ませることによつて引手用突出凹部
を形成することとしているため、化粧シート材の
自由な伸び作用により、引手面に白化が現われる
のを確実に防止することができ、又化粧シート材
が効果的な装飾効果を発揮する等の優れた特徴を
有する引手付枠・縁部材を製造することができ
る。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 芯材2が外被体1で被覆されかつ前面部の所
要部位に傾斜凹部からなる引手7の適数が設けら
れてなる引手付枠・縁部材を製造するに際し:連
続する切溝26が全長に亘つて設けられてなる角
筒状をなす合成樹脂製押出中空成形体9の表面に
合成樹脂製化粧シート材10を貼着して化粧成形
体11を形成し、該化粧成形体11の所要部位
に、該化粧成形体11の前面部21と当接する側
の面部に対して傾斜する凹部23が前方に開口す
るごとく設けられた凹型25を前記切溝26を開
いて納設して後、前記化粧成形体11における凹
型凹部23との対向部位に、所要温度に加熱され
た凸型29を押し込むことにより、切溝26に向
かつて傾斜するごとく突出する引手用突出凹部1
2を形成し、然る後凹型25を化粧成形体9から
取外して外被体1を製作し;一方において、化粧
成形体11内に略密着状態で納装せしめられる木
質材や強化合成樹脂発泡体からなる納装材30の
化粧成形体前面部21と当接する側の面部31
に、前記凹型25の傾斜凹部23と同形状の引手
用凹部32を設けることによつて、芯材2を製作
し;切溝26において開かれる外被体1の有する
弾性復元作用によつて、芯材2の引手用凹部32
に外被体1の引手用突出凹部12が嵌まり込んだ
状態となるよう外被体1で芯材2を被覆すること
を特徴とする引手付枠・縁部材の製造方法。
1.
