ームを、1段あるいは2段の増幅器で増幅すると
ともにアパーチヤの位置によつて平行移動する上
記共振器からのレーザビームが上記増幅器の中心
を通るように調整する複数の平面鏡を有するレー
ザ装置において、共振器の直後に放物面鏡をその
放物面の軸が共振器の中心軸と平行になるよう配
置し、かつ上記調整用の平面鏡の1つを前記放物
面の焦点を回転中心として回動できるように配置
