Claims (1)
- 電圧微調整を要する交流電源と負荷との間に直
列接続した光ＭＯＳＦＥＴリレーと、前記光ＭＯ
ＳＦＥＴリレーを駆動するための周波数変調型パ
ルス発振回路とを有し、前記光ＭＯＳＦＥＴリレ
ーをオン・オフ操作することにより前記交流電源
から負荷へ供給する交流電圧を制御することを特
徴とする交流電源回路。
