Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a general-purpose flask which can be easily formed to the desired flask height by constituting of a movable cheek middle flask as ascendable/descendable and a fixed check middle flask. CONSTITUTION:A metallic flask 3 is set on a lower base plate 2 providing a pattern 1. On this metallic flask 3, the cheek middle flask composing of the fixed cheek middle flask 4 and the movable cheek middle flask 5, is laid. Succes sively, the above movable cheek middle flask 5 is ascended/descended through a cylinder, etc., to form the desired flask height. After that, molding sand 7 is charged from upside of the movable check middle flask 5 and after flattening the sand, the molding sand 7 is rammed with an upper base plate 6. 毎のサンドメタル比が保たれる。本鋳枠を鋳型の二段込
め工法に用いると、不良低減に寄与するところが大であ
る。
