Claims (1)
- ハンドルバー６と共に回転される回転部材Ａと
、該回転部材Ａを支持する固定部材Ｂとの間に、
前記ハンドルバー６が自転車フレームの幅方向中
心位置に対し一方側と他方側とに所定角度回転し
た位置から、前記ハンドルバー６の回転方向一方
側と他方側とに所定角度にわたつて前記ハンドル
バー６の回転に抵抗を付与するフリクシヨン機構
７を設けると共に、このフリクシヨン機構７を前
記ハンドルバー６の回転に抵抗を与える作動モー
ドと、該ハンドルバー６の回転に与える抵抗を解
除する不作動モードとに切換える切換機構８を設
けたことを特徴とする自転車におけるハンドル制
御装置。
