Claims (1)
- 厚み振動を行う圧電板と、この圧電板を容器内
に支持する支持体と、前記圧電板と支持体を電気
的に接続する接続部とを含む圧電振動子において
、前記支持体は弾性材を少くとも３回巻重ねて形
成され一方の端部が前記圧電板を導電性の接着剤
で固着し他方の端部が前記容器と前記圧電板の間
に一定の空隙を持つて導電性の接着剤で前記容器
に固着するコイルばねから成ることを特徴とする
圧電振動子。
