【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案によるチヨツパ折装置を、搬送
ベルト下流側から見たときの図である。第２図は
アーム７先端に取り付けられたチヨツパブレード
６と、更にチヨツパブレード６に取り付けられた
折丁ガイド１２を示す斜視図である。第３図は第
２図に示すチヨツパアーム７に異なる折丁ガイド
１１２を取り付け、一部のみ示した斜視図である
。第４図は従来のチヨツパ折装置の斜視図である
。第５図は第１図のチヨツパ折装置を矢印Ａ方向
から見た図である。 主要な部分の符号の説明、５，４５……下側搬
送ベルト、６，４６……チヨツパブレード、７，
４７……チヨツパアーム、１１，５１……チヨツ
パテーブル、１２，１１２……折丁ガイド、１６
……ブレード抑え板、８，５８……上側搬送ベル

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ スリツトが設けられたチヨツパテーブルと、 該スリツトの長手方向に沿つた両側に設けられ
    、それぞれ同期した速度で移動する第一搬送面を
    有する第一搬送ベルト手段と、 該スリツトの長手方向に沿つた両側において、
    該第一搬送ベルト手段の第一搬送面に対向する第
    二搬送面を有し、該第一搬送面と該第二搬送面と
    の間に紙を挾んで搬送すべく、該第一搬送面に同
    期した速度で該第二搬送面が移動するようになつ
    ている第二搬送ベルト手段と、 該スリツトの長手方向であつて該第一搬送面お
    よび該第二搬送面に交差する方向において、前記
    スリツトに繰り返し出入り自在の構成となつてお
    り、該スリツトから離隔することにより、該スリ
    ツトまで紙が搬送されてくることを許容し、搬送
    されてきた該紙に当接しながら該スリツトに侵入
    することにより、該紙を該第一搬送面と該第二搬
    送面との間より引き出して、該スリツトに押し込
    み通過させるように設けられたチヨツパブレード
    手段とからなるチヨツパ折装置において、 該チヨツパブレード手段と共に移動することに
    より、該第一搬送面及び該第二搬送面に対する距
    離が変化するようになつていて、紙が搬送されて
    いるときは、該紙の搬送を妨害しないように該紙
    から離隔しており、該チヨツパブレード手段によ
    り該紙が、該第一搬送面と該第二搬送面との間よ
    り引き出されたときは、該紙に近接することによ
    り該紙の振動を防止すると同時に、該紙を案内す
    るようになつているガイド手段を設けたことを特
    徴とするチヨツパ折装置。 ２ 前記ガイド手段は、前記チヨツパブレード手
    段に取り付けられて、該チヨツパブレード手段の
    往復移動と共に前記スリツトに対し近接もしくは
    離隔するようになつている面部材を有することを
    特徴とする請求項１記載のチヨツパ折装置。 ３ 前記ガイド手段は、位置調整手段を介して前
    記チヨツパブレードに位置調整可能に取り付けら
    れており、該位置調整手段により、該紙が該第一
    搬送面と該第二搬送面との間より引き出されたと
    きの該紙と該ガイド手段との距離を調整すること
    ができ、厚さの異なる紙を案内できるようになつ
    ていることを特徴とする請求項１もしくは２記載
    のチヨツパ折装置。
