Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dust collecting efficiency without spoiling operatability by rotating an agitator in the direction opposite to the moving direction of a suction device for a floor with a first switching means, and by rotating a driving roller in the same direction as that of the suction device for the floor with a second switching means. CONSTITUTION:In a suction chamber 6 formed at the front section of a floor suction device 2, an agitator 7 driven rotationally by a first motor 8 with an agitating body butted to a cleaning surface is set. In the rear section of the floor suction device 2, a driving roller 10 driven rotationally by a second motor 11 with the external surface butted to the cleaning surface is set. Besides, a first and a second switching means 19, 23 for changing over the rotational direction of the first and second motors 8, 11 worked with the forward and backward movement of the floor suction device 2 are arranged. By the first and second switching means 19, 23, the agitator 7 is rotated in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the floor suction device 2, and the driving roller 10 is rotated in the same direction as the moving direction of the floor suction device 2.

Therefore, in the above configuration, when the power nozzle 2 is moved forward, the rotating brush 7 rotates backward and the drive roller 10 rotates forward. Also,
When the power nozzle 2 is moved backward, the rotating brush 7 rotates forward and the drive roller 10 rotates backward. In this way, the rotating brush 7 is connected to the power nozzle 2.
Since the rotating brush 7 rotates in the opposite direction to the moving direction of the rotating brush 7, the number of strokes of the rotating brush 7 per unit area of the cleaning surface increases.
High dust collection efficiency can be obtained.

That is, this device includes a third switch (third switching means) that rotates the rotating brush 7 in the same direction as the moving direction of the power nozzle 2 between the first switch 19 and the diode 2L22 on the two sides. 31 is interposed. The operating section of the third switch 31 is provided, for example, in a hand switch section for operating a 1M removing machine.

Therefore, in the above configuration, when the power nozzle 2 is moved forward or backward with the third switch 31 activated as shown by the dashed line in FIG. Because they rotate in the same direction, the self-propelling force of the power nozzle 2 increases, which reduces the operability, and even if the rotating brush 7 is worn out, the self-propelling force of the power nozzle 2 increases. No decline occurs.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, the agitator is rotated in the opposite direction to the moving direction of the floor suction tool, and the drive roller is rotated in the same direction as the floor suction tool. The beam dust efficiency can be increased by increasing the stroke rotation speed of the agitator per medium cleaning surface without impairing operability. By providing the third switching means for rotating the rotary brush in the same direction as the drive roller, the self-propelling power of the floor suction tool can be increased, and it is possible to cope with cases where operability is important.
