Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 各先端に色検出コードを付した複数の色リボン
    を所定の順序で直列配置したものを一組としてこ
    れを送り方向に多数連結したカラーリボンを装着
    し、印字ヘツド近傍に設けたセンサで各色検出コ
    ードを読み取つてリボン色を検出し印字ヘツド駆
    動装置を制御してカラー印字を行うよう構成した
    カラーリボン印字装置において、 カラーリボンが、先頭の色リボンの先端のみに
    色検出コードを付した複数の色リボンを所定の順
    序で直列配置したものを一組として、これを送り
    方向に多数連結したカラーリボンからなり、セン
    サによつて先頭リボンの色検出コードが読み取ら
    れたとき、その色検出コードに対応する色リボン
    の印字を行うと共に、そのリボンに続く各色リボ
    ンまでそれぞれ所定距離づつ巻き取つてその各色
    リボンに対応する印字を行い、これを順次繰り返
    すよう印字ヘツド駆動装置を制御する印字制御手
    段を備えたことを特徴とするカラーリボン印字装
    置。
