Claims (1)
- 誘導加熱用のコイルを内部に配置したオイルバ
スに、溶湯を排出する排出管を連通して設けた金
属中子溶出用オイルバス装置において、該オイル
バス内にガイド部材を介してガイドロツドを昇降
可能に配設し、該ガイドロツドの下端に、比重が
オイルの比重よりも大で低融点金属の比重よりも
小さくかつ融点が低融点金属の融点よりも高い材
料で作られた浮子を取付け、該オイルバスの上方
位置における前記ガイドロツドに対応する位置に
高さ検知器を設け、該高さ検知器を制御器を介し
てポンプ、バルブ、警報器等の作動機器に電気的
に接続し、もつて該作動機器を高さ検知器からの
信号により作動及び停止するように成したことを
特徴とする金属中子溶出用オイルバス装置。
