隔に設けた各ミシン目のみを機械で引き剥き、チ
ユーブの一側面に連続して多数の開口部を設け、
これをロール状にして保管し、必要時にこれを延
ばして各開口部に収納部品を入れ、該開口部を閉
じてシールし、かつチユーブの他側面のミシン目
箇所を引き剥して、夫々に部品の入つた袋を多数
つくつている。しかしながら扁平に折り畳んだチ
ユーブの一側面のみを機械で開口する際、ミシン
目が他側面にもあるため、チユーブの両側面を引
き剥し、チユーブが該箇所で切断してしまうこと
が多い。この様なオープンバツクは長尺なチユー
ブを作り、これをオートマテイツクな生産ライン
で上記作業を行うため、チユーブの切断は大きな
支障となる。そこでこのチユーブの切断の支障を
最小限にくいとめるようチユーブの長さを短かく
