信装置において、 該増幅部及び該ミキサ部を誘電率が５以上の一
枚の誘電体基板に形成し、該ミキサ部と該局部発
振器部の間にフエライト基板上に固着したアイソ
レータを配置接続すると共に、該アイソレータの
周囲に電波吸収体又は電波反射体を配置したこと
