Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 工作機械のスピンドルロータあるいはターボ分
    子ポンプのロータ等を電磁石により浮上保持させ
    る磁気軸受本体と、前記ロータの浮上位置を検出
    するインダクタンス形の位置センサと、該位置セ
    ンサの検出信号に基づいて、前記電磁石へ励磁電
    流を供給するパルス変調方式の駆動回路を制御す
    る制御手段とからなり、該制御手段により励磁電
    流を調整してロータを所定の目標位置に浮上保持
    させるようにした磁気軸受の制御装置において、 前記制御手段には前記位置センサからの検出信
    号のキヤリア信号と駆動回路からの励磁電流のキ
    ヤリア信号とを位相差ゼロで同期させる同期回路
    が具備されていることを特徴とする磁気軸受の制
    御装置。
