(図示せず)の上端にその中央部を固着されて冠
装されており、したがつてマラーホイル3は図示
しない縦回転軸を介して水平回転可能に構成され
ている。また、ローラ2の外周面およびマラーホ
イル3の内周面には、下端にフランジを有する環
状の内側ライナ4および外側ライナ5がそれぞれ
対応して嵌着されていて、環状の隙間6を有する
摺動部を構成している。また、内側ライナ4の下
面レベルは外側ライナ5の下面レベルより若干低
く形成され、内側ライナ4の下面には前記隙間6
の下端部を閉鎖する中抜き円板状の遮蔽板7が外
側ライナ5の下面と若干の間隙をおいて取り付け
られている。また、マラーホイル3の外周面には
