７図および第８図は本考案の技術的背景ならびに
従来技術の問題点を説明するためのものであつて
、第７図は従来構成のガス分析装置の一例を示す
全体概略構成図であり、第８図イ，ロは夫々その

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サンプルガスを２つの流路に分流し、その一方
    の流路には、そのサンプルガス中の特定成分を除
    去あるいは変質させるなどの処理を行うためのコ
    ンバーターを設けることにより変換サンプルガス
    を流動させ、他方の流路には、上記のようなコン
    バーターを設けないで元のサンプルガスをそのま
    ま非変換サンプルガスとして流動させるように構
    成し、前記変換サンプルガスに関する検出信号と
    前記非変換サンプルガスに関する検出信号との差
    量を測定するように構成してあるガス分析装置に
    おいて、 前記両流路の少なくとも一方に、配管長を調節
    可能に構成された位相調整部を設けると共に、流
    れの乱れ量を変化させるためのスペースの容積を
    調節可能に構成された応答波形調整部を設けてあ
    ることを特徴とするガス分析装置。
