<Prior art> In recent years, patients have been housed in airtight chambers with a pressure environment higher or lower than atmospheric pressure, and changes in atmospheric pressure stimulate the flow of blood, cerebrospinal fluid, etc. within the human body, thereby stimulating metabolism and So-called hyperbaric oxygen therapy (barometric pressure therapy), which eliminates various pathological symptoms by stimulating hormone secretion and adjusting nerve function, has been established and is increasingly being used. In this case, when handling the high-pressure tank, it goes without saying that qualified technical personnel are present outside the tank to make adjustments such as pressurization and depressurization.

However, patients and their attendants who enter this high-pressure tank are concerned about the possibility that a technical staff member outside the tank may collapse (due to a sudden illness), or that they may feel alone if they leave their post due to a disaster. It's about the possibility of escape. In general, the opening and closing of the doors of this type of high-pressure tank is in principle performed by technical staff (the main door has an extremely heavy structure to withstand high pressure,
(It is impossible for them to handle patients, etc.), and the absence of these technical staff immediately creates a kind of confinement situation, which puts them under psychological pressure.

Furthermore, a problem with high-pressure tanks is that once the tank is pressurized, even if an emergency occurs, the door cannot be opened unless the pressure inside the tank is reduced to atmospheric pressure. It takes time (sudden evacuation can lead to decompression sickness). An example of a method that improves this point is Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 41431/1985, which was previously proposed by the applicant of the present application. In this case, the emergency escape door device is a small door (clutch door) that can be opened from the outside, which can be operated more easily than from the inside, and a pressure reducing (pressure regulating) device placed at the entrance in conjunction with this operation. It is configured so that it can be opened. However, at this time, the air supply port facing into the tank body remains open, and no means is provided to shut off the air supply port from inside the tank. Therefore, even if depressurization is started by opening the above-mentioned tank, if air continues to be supplied from the air supply port (if there is no technical staff, the air supply system will be automatically turned off even if it is outside the tank). (cannot be stopped), it takes a long time to reach atmospheric pressure, which increases feelings of anxiety.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention has a small clutch-type emergency escape door inside the side wall of the high-pressure tank body that can be quickly opened and tightened only from the inside, and a small door that penetrates the side wall and communicates with the outside air. In addition to providing an emergency depressurization pot, an emergency shutoff valve that can be remotely and quickly closed is installed at the mouth of the air pipe piped to the bottom of the tank body, and an interlocking mechanism is installed to control the valve's operating lever. It is installed inside the side wall near the small door, and the operating lever of the kettle is also arranged alongside the operating lever,
Furthermore, this side part is equipped with a manual safety confirmation timer.

<Function> With the above configuration, if a technical staff member suddenly falls ill outside the tank or an emergency situation such as an earthquake occurs, and he/she must try to escape by himself/herself (of course, there is no observation on the tank body). First, the attendant or the patient himself/herself pulls the control lever that shuts off the air supply near the small door for emergency evacuation. The interlocking air supply pipe port is placed inward to block it, and then the operating lever that opens the outside air connection is pulled to start depressurization.Furthermore, the safety confirmation timer is set at this point to the specified depressurization using the screw-winding operation. By setting a time and opening the small emergency escape door after a certain period of time has elapsed, a safe escape can be made without causing decompression sickness. The order of operation of this device is to number the two operating levers, timer, small door, etc., and to add an explanation of the operation, so that anyone can easily operate it without causing malfunction. .

Normally, the depressurization rate of a high-pressure tank is determined by how many hours the tank has been in the atmosphere. In the illustration, zone A is a short-time range corresponding to general high-pressure treatment performed with pressurization of about 0.9 atmospheres (gauge pressure);
Zone B corresponds to a long period of time corresponding to special treatments with high pressures such as 1.2 to 3 atmospheres, and the 6h pointer is placed in this zone as appropriate. The A and B zones are different colors, and if this color selection method is used, the patient can easily set them by himself/herself. Of course, as mentioned above, if you are in the tank for a long time even during general treatment, please follow the instructions from B.
Sometimes it goes all the way to the zone. These program patterns are shown on the sidewall 1 as a simple table (not shown).
It can be pasted on the c side etc.

To explain this effect now, first of all, in general treatment (paralysis, whiplash, arteriosclerosis, rheumatism, post-surgery recovery, rehabilitation, etc.) that uses pressurization of about 0.9 atmospheres (gauge pressure), this tank body 1
The door 11 inside is opened, and the main chamber 1a and the sub-chamber 1b are kept in communication. In this case, when pressurizing, a technical staff member is inside the tank, closes the outer door 12, exits the tank through the working door 15, and closes the working door 15 with a clutch. Thereafter, predetermined operations such as the air supply system, ventilation system, oxygen system, etc. are performed using a control panel section (not shown) provided outside the tank body 1 to supply air into the tank body 1 and pressurize it.

Here, if a technical staff member outside the tank becomes unable to operate due to a sudden illness or the like and must make an emergency evacuation, as instructed by the emergency operation section 3 inside the tank body 1,
First, the air supply cutoff operation lever 4 is pushed down (pulled), and in conjunction with this lever action, the interlocking mechanism 7 moves along the side wall 1c.
, the lever portion 9a of the emergency shutoff valve 9 connected to the tip of the interlocking mechanism 7 rotates, and the air supply from the air supply pipe port 8a is stopped. Next, as a second operation, the pressure reducing operation lever 5 aligned with the operation lever 4 is pushed down, and the pot 10 linked to the operation lever 5 is opened to urgently exhaust the high pressure inside the tank body 1. In addition, if the air supply cutoff operating lever 4 and the pressure reducing operating lever 5 are connected to form one operating lever 16 as shown in FIG. 6B, the lever operation may be performed in one operation. Of course. Furthermore, this evacuation (depressurization) time is carried out by the safety confirmation timer 6 that will be operated next. That is, the rotary disk 6b located at the center of the safety confirmation timer 6 is turned clockwise, for example, to align the arrow (pointer 6h) to a desired scale position such as 5 minutes or 10 minutes. In this general treatment, the area is placed at about 2 minutes, which is the A zone. This decompression time is determined by a program pattern converted based on the Hyperbaric Disorder Prevention Regulations, etc., as described above.

After this, after the bell 6f of the safety confirmation timer 6 rings, the small door 2 for emergency escape is opened. That is, first, the tightening ring body 2a located on the outer periphery of the small door 2
, by pushing down and rotating the integrally projecting lever 2b outward, and releasing the engagement between the recess 2c of the tightening ring 2a and the engaging claw 2d projecting on the outer periphery of the small door 2. The small door 2 can be opened freely, and the user can escape from the tank by opening the hinged portion 2e at one end. At this time, the pressure inside the tank is communicated with the outside air in advance by opening the tank 10 and is reduced to atmospheric pressure, so it will not immediately go outside and cause decompression sickness. The door will not open due to internal pressure unless the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure. Forcibly opening the door when there is residual pressure may cause mechanical danger and the risk of lung rupture.

<Effects of the invention> As mentioned above, the emergency escape device for a therapeutic high-pressure tank of the present invention has a small door that can be opened from inside the tank, and an air supply pipe opening that is operated before opening the small door, on the side wall of the tank body. Because the valve is equipped with a shutoff valve and its associated operating lever, a depressurizing valve that communicates with the outside air, its operating lever, and a safety confirmation timer, if the prescribed actions are not performed as instructed in the event of an emergency evacuation, malfunctions may occur. Since the air supply is cut off and the pressure is reduced without any problems, the pressure can be lowered to atmospheric pressure quickly, making it ideal for rapid emergency evacuation. In addition, since all of these devices are mechanically interlocked, they have practical effects such as reliable operation even in the event of a power outage or the like.
