    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気デイスクの回転にともなつて発生する磁化
    信号を、磁気ヘツドに設けた磁気抵抗素子が検出
    するようになつた磁気式ロータリエンコーダにお
    いて、前記磁気ヘツドに、前記磁気抵抗素子をな
    す金属薄膜を複数層、互いに絶縁層を介して、か
    つ、一部ずつずらして積層したことを特徴とする
    磁気式ロータリエンコーダ。
