上げるスプリングを配設し、 かつ回転軸内に、温度変化で膨張、収縮する固
溶体を収容した感温部と、この感温部内の固溶体
の膨張動作によつて移動する膜部と、この膜部側
の移動動作によつて押下され前記調速棒をスプリ
ングの弾性力に抗して押下する可動軸とを有する
