Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily convert a positive pattern to a negatively protruding pattern by forming a desired pattern with thermally foamable ink on an aqueous soluble sheet, and thermally foaming the ink before or after it adheres to a printing base to remove by dissolving the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 2 of a positive character is manually written with aqueous insoluble thermally foamable ink on an aqueous soluble sheet 1 made of sheet formed of aqueous soluble paste or aqueous soluble polyvinyl alcohol resin film by a writing brush, a painting brush, or a brush. Then, the pattern 2 is heated to be foamed to form pattern protrusions 2a. Then, the upper surface of the protrusions 2a of the pattern or a printing base 4 is coated with adhesive 3 made of vinyl acetate copolymer resin, acrylic resin, acrylonitrile resin, etc., the base 4 is adhesively superposed on the protrusions 3a formed on the sheet 1. Only the sheet 1 is dissolved to be removed by washing to form a printing seal of the protrusions 2a, negative character on the base 4.

(Prior Art) As a method for easily producing a simple stamp, there is, for example, H-Kokai No. 53-97519. This involves printing letters and patterns in reverse directions on a base material such as paper using foaming ink, then heating and foaming the pattern to form a convex pattern, and pasting the base material onto a stamp stand. It is disclosed that it can be produced by This method starts by first forming letters and patterns in the opposite direction on the base material using a printing method, but for example, it is easy to draw the original pattern by hand in the same direction (or in the forward direction).
However, drawing a reverse pattern is extremely difficult. Therefore, the above method is not suitable for handwriting.

(Structure of the Invention) The first aspect of the present invention is to hand-write or print a desired pattern such as letters or designs facing forward using heat-foamable ink on a water-soluble sheet, and then apply the pattern to a printing plate. This is a method for producing a simple stamp, which is characterized in that the sheets are overlapped and pasted, and the foamable ink of the pattern is heated and foamed before or after pasting, and then the water-soluble sheet is dissolved and removed.

In addition, the second invention is to apply a desired pattern such as letters or designs facing forward on a releasable sheet by handwriting or printing using heat-foamable ink, and then to superimpose and paste the pattern on a printing plate. , and before or after pasting, heat and foam the foamable ink of the pattern, and then peel and remove the release sheet. This is a method for producing a simple stamp marked i.

(Operation of the invention) According to the present invention, characters and patterns facing forward are drawn by hand using foamable ink on a water-soluble sheet, the sheet is turned upside down on a printing stand, and the sheet is laminated, and the water-soluble sheet is washed with water. By removing it, protruding convex reverse letters and patterns can be formed on the printing plate by heating and foaming, and stamps, prints, etc. can be easily made by hand.

(Example 1) The method of the present invention will be explained in detail according to one example.
Figure (a) A water-insoluble heat-foamable ink is applied onto a water-soluble sheet 1 such as paper made using a water-soluble adhesive, a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol resin film, or a film of other polysaccharides. Using handwritten letters facing forward, pattern 2 is applied using a brush, paint stylus, brush, etc. Next, (b) the pattern 2 is heated and foamed to form the bump convex portions 2a. Next, apply adhesive 3 such as salt-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, acrylic resin, acrylonitrile resin, etc. to the upper surface of the convex portions 2a of the letters and patterns in FIG. (c) The plate base 4 and the convex portions 2a formed on the water-soluble sheet 1 are bonded together by overlapping. and,(
d) By dissolving and removing only the water-soluble sheet 1 by washing with water, letters and pattern convex portions 2 in reverse directions are formed on the printing plate 4.
A stamp with a formed thereon can be produced.

(Example 2) Figures 3 and 4 show a second example of the present invention, and a third example of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, desired characters and pattern 2 are drawn by hand using foaming ink on a releasable sheet 6 coated with water-soluble or release varnish or silicone resin, and the foaming ink of pattern 2 is drawn in the forward direction. After semi-drying while heating at room temperature or a temperature below the foaming temperature, apply adhesive 5 to pattern 2 in Figure 4 (a) (i) or (b) plywood, woodblock board, rubber. Apply adhesive 5 to the side of the plate stand 4 such as a board,
(c) Overlap patterns 2 of sheets i to 6 on the printing table 4 and adhere them. (iv) If the sheet 6 is a water-soluble sheet I~, the sheet 6 is dissolved and removed by washing with water, or if the sheet 6 is a releasable sheet, it is peeled off and the reverse pattern 2 is printed on the plate. After applying it on the plate 4, (e) heat the pattern 2 to around 80 to 80°C with a hair dryer etc. to form letters and pattern convex parts 2a on the plate 4, thereby making the stamp. makes a print version.

(Example 3) FIG. 5 shows the third example of the present invention, in which the plate base is bonded with adhesive 5 after going through the steps shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. After heating the foamable ink pattern 2 on 4 using an appropriate heating means such as a hair dryer or an iron, and foaming it to form convex portions 2a, (b) a water-soluble or male-shaped sheet 6 is dissolved and removed by washing with water, or peeled off, thereby producing a stamp in which convex portions 2a of reverse letters and patterns are formed on the plate base 4.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention involves drawing characters and patterns by hand using foamable ink on a water-soluble sheet and a release sheet, and adhering the drawn patterns to the platen side. Or later, the pattern can be heated and foamed to form a stamp or printing board with convex parts facing in the opposite direction.Compared to conventional methods, it is possible to easily draw on a sheet without going through any special steps. It is possible to convert a forward handwritten pattern into a reverse convex pattern and form it on the plate stand, making it possible to easily produce original stamps and printing plates.
