Claims (1)
- 銅または銅合金を両端開放鋳型を用いて連続鋳
造または半連続鋳造する際に、該鋳型内の溶湯の
湯面の変動を検出する湯面変動検出計であつて、
前記溶湯中に浸漬された１本の第１のカーボン棒
と、前記溶湯の湯面近傍に下端が段差をもつて配
設された複数本の第２のカーボン棒とからなり、
該第１及び第２のカーボン棒間に電圧を印加して
、起電力の変化により前記鋳型内の溶湯面の変動
を検出することを特徴とする湯面変動検出計。
