入射光ビームの光軸と接するような位置に蒸着し
てなるガラス基板と、 このガラス基板を支持するホルダー よりなり、前記エツジパターン部で反射された
光ビームが入射方向に戻らないように前記ガラス
基板を光軸に対して傾けて取り付けてなる光学ヘ
