傾動可に保持しかつ収納するミラーハウジング２
とを備えた自動車用アウターミラーにおいて、 上記ミラーホルダ４及びミラーベース１の何れ
か一方１の周縁部に軸部材１ａを形設し、何れか
他方４の上記軸部材対応位置に上記軸部材１ａと
傾動可にかつ着脱可に係合する装着方向に開口を
有しミラー面直角方向に壁を有する係合部材４ａ
を形設し、 上記ミラーホルダ４の背面でかつ上記ミラーホ
ルダ４の傾動中心軸Ｏ１と対向する周縁部に、ミ
ラーホルダ４の傾動中心軸直角方向沿いに摺動可
にミラーホルダ４に案内支持されかつバネ手段７
ｄで傾動中心軸Ｏ１方向に付勢されたロツク・ス
ライダー７を有し、該ロツク・スライダー７ｄで
ミラーホルダ４をミラーベース１にロツクするよ
うにしたロツク機構を設けたことを特徴とする自
動車用アウターミラー。 ２ 上記ロツク・スライダー７は、バネ特性を有
しその両端をミラーホルダに支持されたアーム部
