<Background of the invention> There is an external wall structure called a curtain wall as one of the external walls of a building. Curtain walls generally have a structure in which aggregate is attached to the base wall of a building in a lattice shape using anchor bolts, etc., and exterior panel boards are screwed to the aggregate attached in a lattice shape, and the entire wall surface is covered by the exterior panel board. It's summery.

<Conventional disadvantages> Conventionally, aggregates attached to the base wall of a building and scaffolding have been connected using connectors. This connector has clamps attached to both ends of the shaft, and these clamps grip the aggregate attached to the wall of the building and the pipe material constituting the scaffolding, and connect the two.

Since the connector has clamps at both ends, it is relatively expensive. However, since a large number of connectors are required, the construction cost of the scaffolding is relatively high. Furthermore, bolt tightening and bolt loosening work is required to attach and detach the clamp from the aggregate and the pipe materials that make up the scaffolding.
It also has the disadvantage of poor workability.

<Summary of the invention> In this invention, a C-shaped groove is provided in the aggregate to be attached to the base wall of a building, and by inserting the head of the bolt that constitutes the connector into this C-shaped groove, the bolt can be tightened. It can be connected to a building. Therefore, a bolt can be used as the connector, and the connector can be made inexpensive. It is also expected to improve work efficiency since it will be easier to attach and detach the device to the building.

It is a sectional view on the A line. 1 in the figure shows the base wall surface of the building. Fasteners 3 are attached to this base wall surface 1 with anchor bolts 2. The fasteners 3 are attached to the entire base wall surface 1 of the building in a lattice pattern with predetermined intervals maintained in the vertical and horizontal directions. The figure shows only one fasuna part. A screw hole is provided in the fastener 3, a bolt 4 is screwed into the screw hole, and the mullion 5 is attached along the wall surface 1 by the bolt 4. The mullions 5 are extended vertically, and rows of a plurality of mullions 5 are formed on the wall surface 1.

A scaffold (not specifically shown) can be fixed to a building by inserting the head of a scaffold wall connecting bolt 6 into the groove 5a. Therefore mullions 5
Scaffolding can be sequentially assembled and assembled upward when the scaffolding is sequentially extended upward and installed. At this time, by providing a gap larger than the diameter of the head of the scaffold connecting bolt 6 at the joint portion of the mullion 5, the head of the scaffold connecting bolt 6 can be inserted into the groove 5a through this gap.
Therefore, by sequentially inserting the heads of the scaffold connecting bolts 6 into the grooves 5a of the mullions 5 and supporting the scaffold by the scaffold connecting bolts 6, it is possible to prevent the scaffold from falling outward.

A groove 9 is formed by the and protrusion 7b, and the cut portion of the notch 5b formed in the mullion 5 is inserted into this groove 9.
A blind timber 7 is constructed between the mullion timbers 5. As a precaution, the mullions 5 are sewn together with the mullions 7 using screws 11 to prevent the mullions 7 from coming out of engagement with the mullions 5.

When the blind cover material 13 is installed, the exterior panel board 1
2 is firmly supported by the blind member 7. When the construction progresses to this point, the scaffolding is removed from above and the crimp material 15 (Fig. 2) is attached to the mullion 5. That is, in order to attach this pressure bonding material 15, the scaffolding connecting bolt 6 is removed from the groove 5a of the mullion 5. This removal can be done by sliding the bolt 6 up or down and taking it out from the groove 5a at the joint of the mullion 5. After removing the scaffolding connecting bolts 6, attach the crimp material 15 to the screws 16.
Install by. The crimp material 15 is selected to be approximately equal to the arrangement interval of the blind members 7, and is attached each time the work of removing the scaffold connecting bolts 6 is completed. The pressure welding material 15 has a bead 17, and this bead 17

A mullion cover material 19 is fitted onto the pressure bonding material 15. As shown in FIG. 1, a cutout 19 is formed in the mullion cover material 19 at a portion that is in contact with the open cover 13, and the engagement of the cutout 19 with the open cover material 13 causes the mullion cover 19 to move downward. I try not to let it fall off.

<Effects of the invention> As explained above, in this invention, a C-shaped groove 5a is formed in the aggregate attached to the base wall surface 1 of the building, or in the mullion 5 in the embodiment, and the groove 5a is used for connecting scaffolding. Since the scaffold connecting bolt 6 is connected to the building by inserting the head of the bolt 6, it is easy to attach and detach the scaffold connecting bolt 6 to the building. This provides the advantage of improving the workability of scaffolding construction work. Furthermore, since a simple bolt 6 can be used as a scaffold connector, the cost can be lowered compared to conventional connectors, and the construction cost of the scaffold can be reduced.
