As shown in Figure 1, the structure was constructed by installing framework scaffolds a on the floor of the elevator shaft and stacking them, so it required a lot of effort to remove the scaffolding due to the large number of scaffolding parts. And so. Also,
A large number of single pipes B are erected vertically and horizontally on a framework scaffold a to prevent sway, but a gap is created between both end faces of the single pipes b and the inner surface of the elevator shaft, and the swing of the framework scaffold a is completely suppressed. Moreover, the dimensions of the framework scaffold a are standardized,
Since the height of the framework scaffold a and the floor height of the building do not necessarily match, there have been disadvantages such as the fact that it may not be possible to form a working floor of a desired level.

A steel pipe receiving metal fitting consisting of a steel pipe receiving part and a male threaded part welded to the steel pipe receiving part is attached to a threaded cylindrical insert metal fitting buried at predetermined positions on the inner surface of the elevator shaft at intervals in the horizontal direction. is screwed into the metal insert, and a steel pipe is installed across the recessed step for installing a sill formed in the beam at the elevator shaft entrance and each of the steel pipe receiving parts, and the steel pipes are installed on top of these steel pipes. The structure is characterized in that a plurality of single pipes are constructed via orthogonal clamps, and scaffolding boards are installed on top of these single pipes.

てある。 As shown in Fig. 2, when constructing an elevator shaft using a wall A made of flexible cast concrete, a predetermined position of the wall A forming the inner surface of the elevator shaft, that is, a beam opposite to the beam part 1 of the entrance/exit. Two or more threaded cylindrical insert metal fittings 3 are buried in the portion 2 at appropriate intervals from each other in the horizontal direction. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a steel pipe receiving fitting 6 consists of a steel pipe receiving part 4 made of a steel plate and a male screw part 5 welded to the lower surface of the steel pipe receiving part 4.
is attached by screwing the male threaded portion 5 into the insert metal fitting 3. A steel pipe 8 is constructed across the recessed step part 7 for attaching a sill, which is formed in the beam part 1 of the entrance and exit over the entire width of the entrance, and the steel pipe receiving part 4, respectively. A plurality of single pipes 9 are installed on these steel pipes 8 in a fixed position using orthogonal clamps 10, and a scaffold board 11 is installed on these single pipes 9.

is formed to have a cross-sectional shape that fits into the steel pipe 8, and in this embodiment, it is formed using channel steel corresponding to the square steel pipe. One side 10a of the orthogonal clamp 10 is also a square clamp,
When a round steel pipe (single pipe) is used as the steel pipe 8, the same round clamp as the other one 10b is used.

果がある。 Since the temporary scaffolding for elevator shafts according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the number of components is reduced compared to conventional temporary scaffolding in which frame scaffolding is stacked and single pipes arranged vertically and horizontally are used for steadying. The effort required for clearing the bridge can be reduced, and since the scaffolding is completely fixed and does not sway during work, safety can be improved, and the work floor can be formed at the desired level regardless of the floor height, making work easier. This has the effect of improving efficiency, etc.
