Claims (1)
- センサヘツドと被測定物との接触面に超音波の
伝導を良好にする液体を塗布し、該センサヘツド
を被測定物に押しあてて測定を行う超音波測定装
置において、前記センサヘツドの先端に前記液体
が充填されるハウジングを摺動可能に外装し、該
ハウジングの下部開口にセンサヘツドが貫通する
円環状の弁座を設け、弁座を挾んでセンサヘツド
の下部に前記弁座に着座させる弁板を、センサヘ
ツドの上部にハウジング内の液体を加圧する加圧
板をそれぞれ取付け、さらにヘツドとハウジング
間に、弁板を着座方向に付勢するばねを介装した
ことを特徴とする超音波測定装置。
