第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す赤外線検出
装置の断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検出装置を
示す断面図である。 図において１は赤外線検知素子、２は赤外線検
出器、３はノズル、４は第１のパイプ、５は断熱
糸、６は円柱体、７は第２のパイプ、８は噴流、
９は拡散棒である。なお、図中同一符号は同一ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 赤外線検出素子を内部に搭載する二重円筒構造
をした赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出素子を極
低温に冷却するためのジユールトムソン効果を利
用した冷却器を備えた赤外線検出装置において、
上記冷却器の先端部にある噴流を吹き出すノズル
の側に設置され、上記ノズルから吹き出す噴流の
方向を拡散させる手段を持つことを特徴とする赤
外線検出装置。
