中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

- エンコーダの回転・固定スリツト板間の極小ギ
ヤツプの構成方法において、回転スリツト板・固
定スリツト板の対向する面の外周部に耐摩耗性を
有した薄膜材を最適ギヤツプ長に等しい厚みで蒸
着し組立時は両者を密着させるだけで最適ギヤツ
プが形成される構造にしたことを特徴としたエン
コーダ。
