装置において、熱風供給路の加熱器下流側から分
岐して循環フアンの吸引域に連通する熱風バイパ
ス路と、熱風バイパス路及びノズルに分配する熱
風の分配比を制御する分配制御ダンパーとを備え
たことを特徴とする待機機能付きのシート材用乾
燥装置。 2 シート材送導路の上面に向つて熱風を噴出す
る上方のノズルと、該シート材送導路の下面に向
つて熱風を噴出する下方のノズルと、循環フアン
の吐出域から一路状態で延設する共に途中から二
路状態に分岐して上方のノズルと下方のノズルと
に連通した熱風供給路と、上下のノズルから噴出
した熱風を循環フアンの吸引域に導く熱風還流路
と、熱風供給路の一路状態箇所に配設した加熱器
とを備えたシート材用乾燥装置において、熱風供
給路の一路状態箇所における加熱器下流側から分
岐して循環フアンの吸引域に連通した熱風バイパ
ス路と、熱風バイパス路の上流口又は熱風供給路
の二路状態箇所における上流口を選択的に覆蓋す
る分配制御ダンパーとを備えたことを特徴とする
待機機能付きのシート材用乾燥装置。 3 シート材送導路に向つて熱風を噴出するノズ
ルと、ノズルと循環フアンの吐出域とに連通する
熱風供給路と、ノズルから噴出した熱風を循環フ
アンの吸引域に導く熱風還流路と、熱風供給路の
途中に配設した加熱器とを備えたシート材用乾燥
装置の複数台を、シート材送導路の進行方向に沿
つて配置したシート材塗工ランイにおいて、各シ
ート材用乾燥装置は、熱風供給路の加熱器下流側
から分岐して循環フアンの吸引域に連通する熱風
バイパス路と、熱風バイパス路及びノズルに分配
する熱風の分配比を制御する分配制御ダンパーと
、分配制御ダンパーを操作するダンパー操作具と
を備え、シート材接合箇所が各シート材用乾燥装
置のシート材送導路を順次通過する間、シート材
接合箇所が通過する当該シート材用乾燥装置の分
配制御ダンパーに対して、熱風バイパス路にのみ
熱風を分配する待機状態となるように、待機操作
信号を発する順次制御器を備えたことを特徴とす
る待機機能付きのシート材用乾燥装置を備えたシ
ート材塗工ライン。 4 シート材送導路に向つて熱風を噴出するノズ
ルと、ノズルと循環フアンの吐出域とに連通する
熱風供給路と、ノズルから噴出した熱風を循環フ
アンの吸引域に導く熱風還流路と、熱風供給路の
途中に配設した加熱器とを備えたシート材用乾燥
装置を配置したシート材塗工ランイにおいて、シ
ート材用乾燥装置は、熱風供給路の加熱器下流側
から分岐して循環フアンの吸引域に連通する熱風
バイパス路と、熱風バイパス路及びノズルに分配
する熱風の分配比を制御する分配制御ダンパーと
、分配制御ダンパーを操作するダンパー操作具と
を備え、シート材送導の異常状態の際に、分配制
御ダンパーが熱風バイパス路にのみ熱風を分配す
る待機位置状態となるように、ダンパー操作具に
対して待機操作信号を発する一括制御器を備えた
