てなる超音波霧化器であつて、前記軸体下端部に
、前記液体吸い上げ用貫通穴よりも小径の貫通穴
を有する吸い上げ量制限部材を固着したことを特
徴とする超音波霧化器。 (2) 前記吸い上げ量制限部材が前記液体吸い上
げ用貫通穴下端部の内周面に嵌合もしくは螺合し
