化用ホーン部を上部に形成した軸体に、複数枚の
環状圧電素子を締め付け手段で締め付け一体化し
てなる超音波霧化器であつて、前記液体吸い上げ
用貫通穴の上部に当該貫通穴よりも大径又は徐々
に大径となる流速低下用穴部を形成したことを特
徴とする超音波霧化器。 (2) 前記流速低下用穴部が前記円板状部上端面
から当該円板状部の厚みよりも大きな深さで形成
