(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、埋込パイプ切断器のパイプクランプ
装置に係り、埋込パイプ切断に必要なパイプ掴着
筐体を切断刃物装着ケースの側部に揺動可能に設
ける構成において、前記筐体にクランプチエンを
設け、そのクランプチエンを地中、コンクリート
中等に埋込まれたパイプに巻つけてクランプを施
して該チエンの緊張とか、取外しの操作を前記筐
体の頂面で施せるようにした装置に関するもので

下部ブラケツト(パイプの残りの約半周をクラン
プする部材)を設け、パイプを挟み合わせた上、
下部ブラケツトをリンダ等の揺動手段により揺動
させてクランプする構成は公知であるが、携帯を
必須とする埋込みパイプ切断用に使用できるか否
かはぎもんである。と言うのは下部ブラケツトを
上部ブラケツトから抜き取る構成にしなければ切
断部分のみが露出している埋込みパイプをクラン

(考案が解決しようとする問題点・考案の目的)
近来、地中に埋込んだ水道管、ガス管等の埋込
みパイプを、地表等に穿たれた開溝部にパイプ切
断刃物を挿入し、埋込みのまま切断することが多
くなつて来た。このため専用の切断器の要求が増
加して来たが、埋込パイプの切断に適した小形の
パイプクランプ装置の構造を解決しなければパイ
プ切断器を十分に小形化することが出来ない。こ
れが本考案の解決しようとする問題点であり、こ

本考案は、前記の問題点を解決して考案目的に
合致差せたもので、具体的には切断刃物装着ケー
ス1と、該ケース側部の連結軸6により揺動可能
に連結したパイプ掴着筐体8とからなり、パイプ
掴着筐体8のブラケツト9の下端面に切断パイプ
Pの外面の長さ方向に接する一対の押さえ歯11
を設け該押さえ歯11の間にチエン装着用の二叉
形突片12を突出し、その突片12に軸杆13を
差渡すと共に、一端を軸杆13に揺動可能に嵌め
た揺動片14の自由端方上面にチエン掛け15を
形成し、前記の二叉形突片12にクランプチエン
16の一端を装着し、さらに前記筐体8のブラケ
ツト9に頂面から通して前記の頂面上にナツト部
材20を螺合したねじ付杆18の下端部を前記揺
動片14の長さ方向の中央部に軸19により連結
を施したことを特徴とする埋込パイプ切断器のパ

着筐体8はブラケツト9と該ブラケツト9の下面
に固定したパイプ押え片10とからなり、押え片
10の先端に第1,2図によつて明らかにしたよ
うに埋込みパイプPの長さ方向の外面の二個所に
接する押え歯11,11を突出し、押え歯11,
11の間にチエン装着用の二叉形突片12を突出
し、その突片12に軸杆13を差渡し、該軸に自
由端を二叉形にした揺動片14の一端を揺動可能
に軸支し、二叉形部の上面にチエン掛け15を設
ける。また軸杆13の下部にはクランプチエン1
