弁２と、排気通路Ｄへ接続した可燃性ガス濃度計
３と、前記分岐弁２の一方の出口へ接続した炭素
繊維製吸着剤１９を充填して成る脱臭器４と、前
記分岐弁２の他方の出口へ接続した燃焼器１０と
より構成したガス管路用エアーパージ器。 (2) 可燃性ガス濃度計３からの信号により分岐
弁２を開閉制御する構成とした請求項(1)に記載
のガス管路用エアーパージ器。 (3) 脱臭器４の下流側に不活性ガス供給器５を
設け、該不活性ガス供給器５からの不活性ガスに
より排気Ｇ０内のガス濃度を爆発限界値以下に保
持する構成とした請求項(1)に記載のガス管路用
エアーパージ器。 (4) 脱臭器４の下流側に排気Ｇ０に芳香を賦与
する付臭器８を設ける構成とした請求項(1)に記
