部、７…セラミツク棒、７ａ…炎孔、７ｂ…突起
部、８…断熱材、９…ベンチユリ管、１０…空気
調節板ケース、１１…空気調節板本体、１２…ノ
ズル、１３…空気調節板、Ａ…湾曲形セラミツク

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 前面が開口しているバーナ本体１と、 該バーナ本体１の下部に設けられる空気・燃焼
    ガス導入手段９，１０，１１，１２，１３と、 該バーナ本体１の内部に設けられるガス混合管
    ２であつて、該空気・燃焼ガス導入手段に連結さ
    れているものと、 該バーナ本体１の内部に且つ該ガス混合管２の
    直上方に配設される混合ガス分配手段３，４であ
    つて、該混合管から噴射される混合ガスをバーナ
    内部に均一な圧力で分配するものと、 該バーナ本体１の前面上端部及び前面下端部に
    設けられる１対の放射板支持台５，６であつて、
    各々が曲面部５ａ，６ａ及び平面部５ｂ，６ｂを
    有するものと、 該放射板支持台５，６の間に装着される湾曲形
    のセラミツク放射板Ａであつて、該混合ガス分配
    手段３，４から分配された混合ガスを表面燃焼さ
    せつつ燃焼熱を放射するものと、 を具備する全一次式ガスバーナ。 ２ 前記混合ガス分配手段が、 前記ガス混合管２の直上方に配設される第１ガ
    ス分配器３であつて、該ガス混合管から噴射され
    た混合ガスの一部をバーナ下部に送るための前方
    ガス分配孔３ａと、その混合ガスの残部をバーナ
    上部に送るための上方ガス分配孔３ｂとを有する
    ものと、 該第１ガス分配器３の上方に配設される第２ガ
    ス分配器４であつて、該上方ガス分配孔３ｂを通
    つて上昇して来た混合ガスをバーナ上部に分配す
    るものと、 を具備する請求項１記載の全一次式ガスバーナ。 ３ 前記湾曲形のセラミツク放射板Ａが、炎孔７
    ａが形成されている、大きさが異なる多数のセラ
    ミツク棒７を、下側が広い、湾曲した梯形に突起
    部７ｂが形成されるようにして連続的に組み立て
    、この組み立てられた多数の該セラミツク棒から
    なる組立体の周囲に断熱材８を捲回することによ
    つて構成されている請求項１記載の全一次式ガス
    バーナ。
