In conventional windows of this kind, the rain cover stands up high on the indoor side edge of the lower frame of the window frame, and moreover, the inner and outer shoji are partially overlapped no matter where they are opened or closed. Because of this, when removing the shoji, you must first remove the outer shoji. However, in order to remove this outer shoji, because the inner shoji is fitted, it is necessary to hold only one side of the outer shoji in an unstable state and apply a large amount of force, making the work extremely dangerous and troublesome. It had the disadvantage of being. In addition, as mentioned above, the raindrops stand up high on the indoor edge of the lower frame, and the lower part of the inner shoji is located on the outside of the raindrops, so dew flowing down the indoor side of the inner shoji flows into the room. However, the door roller part attached to the bottom of the inner shoji is directly connected to the outside instead of being blocked from the inside by the rain return, so when used in cold regions. Another drawback was that the door rollers could freeze, making it difficult to open and close the shoji screens.

Therefore, the present invention is designed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is possible to safely and easily remove the shoji and insert the shoji, and also to reliably prevent thieves from removing the shoji. To provide a window which can prevent falling dew from flowing into a room and can also prevent a door roller from freezing even when used in a cold region.

In one vertical frame 2 of the window frame 1, 18 is a doorstop plate that receives the door frame 8 when the inner shoji 6 is closed;
19 is a receiving plate that receives the frame 14 when the outer shoji 7 is opened; 20 is a packing holding piece;
is held. 22 is a door frame fitting recess.
Next, in the other vertical frame 3, 23 is a door stop plate that receives the door frame 13 when the outer shoji 7 is closed.
The distance between the doorstop plate 23 and the doorstop plate 18 is set to such a size that the sliding frames 9 and 14 overlap when the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7 are completely closed. 2
Reference numeral 4 denotes a receiving plate that receives the sliding frame 9 when the inner shoji 6 is opened. The distance between this receiving plate 24 and the above-mentioned receiving plate 19 is set to such a size that the door frame frames 8 and 13 overlap when the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7 are completely opened. A packing holding piece 25 holds a packing 26. 27 is a door frame fitting recess. Next, in the upper frame 4, 28 is a top plate, 29 is an inner shoji guide piece, and 30 is an outer shoji guide piece. In addition, inside,
Instead of the outer shoji guide pieces 29 and 30, a partition piece is provided at the middle part of the top plate 28 in the indoor and outdoor directions, and guide grooves formed on both sides of this partition piece allow the inner and outer shoji 6,
The upper part of 7 may be guided. Reference numeral 31 denotes a piece fitting groove, in which, as is well known, a retaining piece 32 is slidably fitted and fixed by a mounting screw (not shown). Next, in the lower frame 5, 3
Reference numeral 3 denotes a substrate, and the indoor side portion 33b is formed in a stepped shape with a stepped portion 33a interposed therebetween, the indoor side portion 33b being higher than the outdoor side portion 33c. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this indoor side portion 33b (hereinafter referred to as the high step portion 33b) is sloped so that it becomes lower toward the outdoor side, and has a water slope. 33c
(hereinafter referred to as the low step part 33c) is also inclined so as to become lower toward the outdoor side and has a water gradient, but the low step part 33c may be substantially horizontal. Note that the slope of the high step 33b does not necessarily have to be the same over the entire surface; for example, it is possible to create a water slope only on the indoor side of the inner rail, which will be described later, and make the outdoor side of the inner rail approximately horizontal. It may be formed. Reference numeral 33d denotes a ridge formed on the indoor side edge of the high step portion 33b, and is formed over the entire length so as to slightly protrude upward. Note that this dam 33d may be omitted. In addition, the substrate 33
may be substantially flat without the stepped portion 33a. Next, 34 is an inner rail, and 35 is an outer rail. At both ends of these inner and outer rails 34, 35 are first
As shown in the figure, cutout portions 34a and 35a are formed,
The dust accumulated on the board 33 between the inner and outer rails 34 and 35 can be easily swept out.
The cutout portion 34a of the inner rail 34 also serves as a notch for water passage, so that dew that falls from the inner rail 34 onto the board 33 on the indoor side can flow from the inner rail 34 onto the board 33 on the outdoor side. It's summery. In addition,
This cutout for water passage may be formed by a cutout hole.
Reference numeral 36 is a rain return installed between the inner and outer rails 34 and 35 of the base plate 33 so as to be located between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7. In the case where the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7 are lifted to a position lower than the lower end of the eaves piece described below when the shoji 6 and 7 are lifted to the maximum extent and come into contact with the retaining piece 32,
It is set higher than the lower ends of the outer shoji 6 and 7. In other words, in the state shown in FIG. 2, the height difference I between the upper end of the rain return 36 and the lower end of the eaves piece (described later) is the liftable dimension of the inner shoji 6 (dimensions B, C, and D shown in FIG. 2). (smallest dimension). Also, the upper end of the rain return 36 and the inner shoji 6
The height difference A with the lower end is greater than the height difference J between the retaining piece 32 and the upper end of the inner shoji 6, and the height difference E between the upper end of the rain return 36 and the lower end of the outer shoji 7 is with the retainer piece 3.
2 and the upper end of the outer shoji 7. Furthermore, the upper end of the rain return 36 and the outer shoji 7
The height difference E from the lower end is set larger than the liftable dimension of the outer shoji 7 (the smallest dimension among the dimensions F, G, and H shown in FIG. 2). Above rain return 3
There is a drain hole 36a at the bottom of the outer shoji door stop side end of No.6.
is formed so that water that accumulates on the high step portion 33b can be drained to the outside of the room rather than the rain return 36. Note that this drain hole 36a can be omitted by increasing the amount of water that can stay on the high step portion 33b. Next, in the inner shoji 6, reference numeral 37 denotes a groove formed at the upper end of the inner shoji 6, which is fitted into the inner shoji guide piece 29. 38 is the lower stile 11
The door roller is mounted on the inner rail 34 and is heavily loaded on the inner rail 34. The indoor side stile plate 11a of the lower stile 11 of the inner shoji 6 is suspended from the dam 33d to the outdoor side position, and the outdoor side stile plate 11b is suspended from the rain flap 36 to the indoor side position. Reference numeral 39 denotes an eaves piece provided on the outdoor side of the lower stile 11 over the entire length in the direction of movement of the inner shoji screen, and extends to the outdoor side so as to cover the upper part of the rain return 36, and its lower end extends to the outdoor side of the rain return 36. It protrudes downward so that it is located at Reference numeral 40 denotes a gasket held over the entire length of the lower end of the eaves piece 39, and is in contact with the outdoor side of the rain cover 36. Next, in the outer shoji 7, reference numeral 41 denotes a groove formed at the upper end portion, which is fitted into the outer shoji guide piece 30. A door roller 42 is attached to the lower stile 16 and is mounted on the outer rail 35. 43
is a packing holding piece provided on the indoor side of the lower stile 16 over the entire length in the direction of movement of the outer shoji;
is held. This gasket 44 is in contact with the outdoor side of the rain flap 36 over its entire length. The packing holding piece 43 is located under the eaves piece 39, and unless the inner shoji 6 is lifted, the door roller 4 of the outer shoji 7
2 cannot be removed from the outer rail 35. As is well known, a locking device such as a crescent (not shown) is installed at the joining part of the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7.

When closed and locked, the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7
The tip of the door frame 8, 13 is the door frame fitting recess 2.
2, 27, the gaskets 21, 26 contact the door frames 8, 13 and close the window opening.
In such a state, even if rain and wind blow against the outdoor sides of the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7, the rainwater that hits the inner shoji 6 will flow through the glass 6, the lower stile 11, the eaves piece 39, etc., and return the rain. Rainwater that flows down to the outdoor side of the rain return 36 and hits the outer shoji 7 passes through the glass 17, the lower stile 16, etc., and naturally flows down to the outdoor side of the rain return 36, thereby preventing rainwater from entering the room. Further, rainwater sprayed toward the outdoor side of the rain return 36 along the base plate 33 of the lower frame 5 is prevented from entering the room by the gaskets 40 and 44. In addition, when the inner and outer shoji 6, 7 are closed and locked as described above, a thief or the like may lift one or both of the inner and outer shoji 6, 7 from the outdoor side. Or, even if you try to remove it to the outside, there is a rain return 36 between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7 that is higher than the lower end of these raised shoji, so it is impossible to remove the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7. It's impossible.

Next, when the inner and outer shoji 6, 7 are to be removed, the locks are first unlocked to open the inner and outer shoji 6, 7 as shown in FIG. Next, move the retaining piece 32 to a position where it does not interfere with the inner and outer shoji 6, 7, and then hold both sides of the inner shoji 6 with both hands and lift it upward to move the lower part of the inner shoji 6 to the indoor side. let me,
Thereafter, by lowering the inner shoji 6 and removing the groove 37 from the inner sash guide piece 29, the inner shoji 6 can be easily removed from the window frame 1 toward the indoor side. Thereafter, the outer shoji 7 is removed, but in this case, since the inner shoji 6 has been removed, the outer shoji 7 can be easily removed by holding both sides of the shoji 7 with both hands. Next, when fitting the inner and outer shoji 6, 7, it is sufficient to perform the process in reverse to the above, and after fitting the outer shoji 7, the inner shoji 6 can be easily fitted from the indoor side. In addition, there are 6 inner and outer shoji screens,
When the outside temperature becomes lower than the inside temperature when the shoji 7 is closed and the dew adhering to the indoor side surface of the inner shoji 6 flows down this indoor side surface, this dew flows onto the high step part 33b of the lower frame 5. It falls and flows to the outdoor side on this high step part 33b, and the cutout part 34 at the end of the inner rail 34
The water is drained to the outdoor side through the drain holes 36a of the rain flaps 36 and 36a. Therefore, the dew flowing down the indoor side surface of the inner shoji 6 can be prevented from flowing into the room. In this case, even if the amount of dew is large, a large amount of dew does not stay on the high part 33b and the drain hole 3
Water can be reliably drained from 6a to the outdoor side of the rain return 36. Further, even if wind blows on the outdoor side of the inner and outer shoji 6, 7, since the outer shoji 7 is located on the outdoor side of the water drain hole 36a, the wind can be prevented from blowing through the water drain hole 36a. Furthermore, even if the outside temperature drops below 0°C with the inner and outer shoji 6 and 7 closed, the outdoor side of the door roller 38 portion of the inner shoji 6 will be protected by the rain return 36 and the eaves piece 39. In contrast, the indoor side of the door roller 38 is directly connected to the interior of the room, so the door roller 38 is protected from the cold and the door roller 38 is prevented from freezing.

Furthermore, even if the window can be left open by replacing the inner and outer shoji as described above, the rain cover on the lower frame is placed between the inner and outer rails of the board, and the inner and outer shoji Since the eaves piece is installed over almost the entire length of the inner shoji in the moving direction, even if rain falls on the indoor side of the inner and outer shoji when the window is closed, the rainwater will flow off to the outdoor side of the rain return. This has the effect of preventing rainwater from entering the room.

Furthermore, even if the window can be left open by sliding the inner and outer shoji as described above, and the rain return can be used to prevent rainwater from entering, the above-mentioned rain return Since the height is set to be lower than the lower end of the eave piece when the inner shoji is raised to the maximum, when you want to remove the inner shoji and outer shoji from the window frame, you can remove the inner shoji first. This makes it easier to remove the shoji by preventing the troublesome and laborious work of having to remove the outer shoji first when the inner shoji is fitted, which is the case with conventional general windows. This can be done safely, and this has the advantage that it can prevent accidents such as slipping of the hand during the removal work of the sliding door and causing the sliding door to fall outside and harm passersby, especially in high-rise buildings. Furthermore, when fitting the shoji, the outer shoji can first be fitted in a safe state using both hands, and then the inner shoji can be fitted from the indoor side in a stable state, making it easier to fit the shoji. Furthermore, in the present invention, even if the inner shoji and the outer shoji are made to be easily removable as described above, the height of the rain return is set at a position where the inner shoji and the outer shoji come into contact with the retaining pieces. Since the lower edges of the inner and outer shoji are higher than the lower ends of the inner and outer shoji when they are lifted, it is difficult for a thief to lift one or both of the inner and outer shoji from the outside and remove them from the window frame when the window is closed and locked. Even if an attempt is made to remove the inner and outer shoji, the removal of the inner and outer shoji can be prevented and the closed state of the window can be maintained, which has the effect of crime prevention.

In addition, we made the indoor side part of the lower frame board lower as it goes toward the outdoor side than the rain cover, and we also provided a notch in the inner rail for water flow, so that the rain cover can be connected to the inner rail and the outer side as shown above. Even when installed between rails, if dew falls down the indoor side of the inner shoji, this dew can be caught on the board and flowed to the outside, preventing dew from flowing into the room. can. Furthermore, as mentioned above, a rain return is installed between the inner rail and the outer rail, and the inner shoji is equipped with an eaves piece that hangs down to the outside of the rain return, so that the door roller part of the inner shoji is installed between the inner rail and the outer rail, and the inner shoji is equipped with an eaves piece that hangs down to the outside of the rain return. Since it is double-blocked by the return and eaves pieces, the door roller part of the inner shoji can be prevented from freezing even when the outside temperature drops below 0℃, and the inner shoji can be opened on cold mornings. This can prevent problems that would otherwise occur.
