Claims (1)
- ケーシング内に配設された軸の外周に装着され
た固定環部と、上記軸の外周に装置され上記固定
環部に摺接することにより液膜を形成して漏洩防
止をなす回転環部と、上記固定環部側に設けられ
たシール部材と、上記固定環部および回転環部間
に適当な面圧を提供する弾性部材と、上記シール
部材が設けられている部分と上記軸の外周側とを
連通する連通路と、上記ケーシングに形成されケ
ーシング内に洗浄液を導入する洗浄液導入部とを
具備したことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
