Claims (1)
- 片側が閉じて底部となつており、底部に近接し
た側面には貫通穴が形成されている筒状体に電歪
効果素子が収容されて、その一方の変位面が底部
に固着され、電歪効果素子のリード線が前記貫通
穴より筒状体外部に引き出され、電歪効果素子の
他方の変位面には、筒状体の内側横断面よりわず
かに小さい横断面を有するフランジ部を底部に持
つ柱状体がフランジ部において固着され、一端が
フランジ部に当接するように圧縮コイルバネが柱
状体に装てんされ、柱状体のみが突出して移動で
きる貫通穴が設けられて、圧縮コイルバネを押え
込むバネ押えが筒状体の開口端に取り付けられて
いる積層圧電アクチユエータ。
