Claims (1)
- ベース板の貫通孔に一対の光フアイバの先端を
覗かせてベース板上を移動してくる紙等の被検査
物を検出する光フアイバセンサにおいて、センサ
本体に連結される投光側光フアイバおよび受光側
光フアイバと、この両光フアイバの検出側端を固
定する口金と、この口金の先端に取付けられ先端
開口面が前記両光フアイバの光軸に対して傾斜し
ている円筒状カラーと、この円筒状カラーの先端
傾斜開口面に取付けられる透明ガラス板とにより
構成され、この透明ガラス板部分をベース板の貫
通孔に覗かせ、このベース板表面と前記透明ガラ
ス板表面が同一平面になるように設定したことを
特徴とする光フアイバセンサ。
