る冷凍装置において、 前記油分離器から前記減圧器までの間の前記冷
媒経路に、ミスト状潤滑油を除去するためのオイ
ルフイルタを設けたことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 (2) 圧縮機から第１冷却器を経て気液分離器に
至り、前記気液分離器の気体出口から第２冷却器
、減圧器および蒸発器を経て前記圧縮機に戻る一
方、前記気液分離器の液体出口から蒸発装置を経
て前記圧縮機に戻る冷媒経路を有する冷凍装置に
おいて、 前記気液分離器の気体出口から前記第２冷却器
までの間の前記冷媒経路にミスト状潤滑油を除去
するためのオイルフイルタを設けたことを特徴と
する冷凍装置。 (3) 二つ以上の独立した冷凍回路をカスケード
凝縮器を介して組み合わせてなり、低温側冷凍回
路に、圧縮機から油分離器、前記カスケード凝縮
