Claims (1)

いて仮想三角形の各頂点位置に配置され、反射鏡
の背面に当接してその反射鏡を上記載置面から浮
き上がらせる習性を有する弾性体と、 上記反射鏡をはさんで上記弾性体と対向する部
材に設けられていて、同反射鏡の反射面と当接可
能とされ、浮き上がりによる反射鏡の傾斜角度を
設定する反射面規制部材と を備えていることを特徴とする露光装置。 2 請求項1記載の露光装置において、反射鏡支
持部材における反射鏡縁部との対応位置には、反
射鏡の縁部に向かう凸部が形成してあることを特
徴とする露光装置。 3 請求項2起載の露光装置において、凸部は反
射鏡支持部材本体に比べ、硬度が高い材質により
