で前記回転部材Ａの回転をロツクし、係合離脱で
ロツク解除するロツク体８を移動可能に設けると
共に前記回転部材Ａと固定部材Ｂとの間に、前記
固定部材Ｂに対する前記ハンドルバーの所定以上
の回転トルクで前記ロツク体８と係止部７１とに
よるロツクを前記ハンドルバーの回転方向に回避
する滑り機構９を設けたことを特徴とする自転車
