- 両端に開口１，２を有するバルブ本体３内にバ
ルブプレート４を設け、このバルブプレート４に
、バルブシヤフト５を固定し、このバルブシヤフ
ト５をバルブ本体３に気密に支承してなる可変コ
ンダクタンスバルブにおいて、バルブプレート４
にオリフイス６を設け、このオリフイス６を被う
ようバネ弁体７をバルブプレート４に取付けてな
る可変コンダクタンスバルブ用安全弁。
