- メモリ搭載パツケージに対し電気検査を実施す
るテストシステム部、温度を印加する温度印加部
、温度印加部の温度を計測する温度センサ、温度
印加部の温度を制御する温度制御部を有するメモ
リ搭載パツケージの検査装置であつて、温度印加
試験に際し、テストプログラムにより被試験パツ
ケージに印加する温度を自動設定し、自動制御す
るメモリ搭載パツケージ検査装置。
