３はステータフレーム、４は回転軸、５は軸受、
６は軸受け孔、７は内嵌め止め輪、８は内嵌め止
め輪７用溝、９は外嵌め止め輪、１０は外嵌め止
め輪９用溝、１１は予圧バネ、１２はアウターロ
ータコア、１３はロータ巻線、１４はロータフレ
ーム、１５は軸取付孔、１６は固定ネジ、１７は
取付部、１８はエンドブラケツトである。

Claims (1)
- ステータ巻線を巻装したステータコアと取付部
を構成するステータフレームを絶縁性の熱硬化性
樹脂により一体成形し、ステータコアの中心に形
成された軸受け孔に軸受を介して回転軸を保持し
、アルミダイカストによりロータコアと共に一体
形成されたロータフレームの軸取付孔を、上記回
転軸にロータコアがステータコアに対向位置する
ように、固定してなるアウターロータ形電動機。
