Claims (1)
- 炉殻の温度測定用窓に対向配置してあり当該温
度測定用窓からの光を受けて炉殻内部の温度を測
定する光温度計と、前記温度測定用窓に向けて光
を照射する発光部と、前記温度測定用窓で反射さ
れた前記照射部からの光を受ける受光部と、受光
部から出力された信号に基づいて前記温度測定用
窓の汚れの度合いを判定する汚れ判定部とを具備
していることを特徴とする熱処理炉。
